Where I’ve been?

So, I have not been really good at keeping my blog alive and up to date lately even though I was quite present on Instagram, which is the place you can always find me, so do not hesitate to follow me there! A lot have happened since 2 months and I owe you some explanations.

First of all, let me wish you a fantastic year 2016 full of happiness, health, love and money! May you have everything you desire.

Ok so I left you after writing that post about what happened in Paris last November! After that awful event, I had a crazy period at work where I was doing some overtime work (after work and during week-ends) and to be honest was not feeling very inspired enough to post anything here. But let me tell you, NOW I am and here’s why!

Probably that a lot of you do not know about me but I had a boyfriend in Los Angeles and I went to visit him for the holidays. It was awesome and was so good to see him and spend some quality time with him doing simple things, especially that the last time I saw him was in June/July. Even though I had to come back in the cold weather of Montreal, I got to come home with a warm heart as he’s not my boyfriend anymore since he proposed while I was there and now we’re engaged! I am super happy and excited about it as you can imagine and this imply a lot of exciting projects ahead of us. We filed a K1 visa request which is basically a request for me to get a 3 month visa and be able to go to the States and get married legally with him. Hopefully, we will get it for summer 2016. I have so many projects on my mind that I want to accomplish and thinking about my upcoming new life under the infinite sun and palm trees of Los Angeles, I feel like it will be the perfect place to make them happen!

I plan on starting doing Youtube videos like vlogging about Los Angeles and my new life in California with Alex (my future husband!). But I also plan of writing some french posts for the french community, same for some Youtube videos)  So stay tuned! 🙂

  1. Thanks Christiane! Well, he proposed in the kitchen! Really simple. We are very simple people. I will let you know about the progress of our paperwork but I am just so excited about the whole thing! 🙂

  2. Aweee Thanks Sharlene! That’s so nice of you to say that 🙂 I need to be more consistent on posting here. It is one of my resolution for 2016, I promise! If you have any idea of things that you would like me to post, do not hesitate to let me know! 🙂
